Daïquiri

The Daïquiri cocktail was supposedly invented by the engineer Jennings Cox and used to be prepared in a mixing glass.
Today it is prepared in a shaker. This technique allows Saint James Fleur de Canne rum to express all the floral and herbal sweetness of fresh sugar cane.
Orange flower water and Saint James Bitters give the cocktail delicious flavour and bitterness.
