The Piña Colada is one of the great historic cocktails. I wanted to create a version using more contemporary and oriental ingredients.
The Piña Vera is lighter and more airy, a delicious journey laced with almond, coriander and aloe vera.
Piña Vera

Recette
Pour into a shaker filled with ice:
- 2 cl SAINT JAMES Blanc Impérial 40% vol.
- 2 cl SAINT JAMES Royal Ambré
- 12 cl CARAÏBOS Aloe Sí
- 6 cl almond milk
- 2 cl CARAÏBOS Crème de Coco
- Fresh coriander leaves, shredded
Shake vigorously.
Serve in a tumbler filled with ice.
Add the aloe vera and top with the fresh coriander.
