Mojito Impérial

When you sip a Saint James Mojito, you will be in Martinique, not Cuba.
Incidentally, I use maceration, so dear to our island and our A.O.C. Rums, to enhance this refreshing after-beach cocktail.
Welcome to our beaches and this wonderful island!
“Pani pwoblem*” as they say in Martinique!
*"No Problem"
